Our Mission
Next Chapter Job Placement is a contingency direct-hire agency serving Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange counties. We are committed to connecting qualified candidates with meaningful employment opportunities and helping employers fill critical workforce needs.

Our mission includes expanding access to sustainable employment for qualified justice-involved individuals and other job seekers facing employment barriers. Every candidate must meet the employer’s position-specific qualifications and applicable background, safety, licensing, driving, drug-screening, and workplace requirements.

We work collaboratively with employers, workforce programs, reentry organizations, educational institutions, and community partners to build stronger talent pipelines and create successful employment connections. Candidates and community partners are never charged for our services, and we recruit or submit candidates only with the hiring employer’s prior authorization.
