A Chino dental practice built on trust, one patient at a time
We believe great dental care starts with listening. At Chino Valley Smile Center, every visit is built around your comfort, your questions, and your long-term goals, not a production schedule.

Why Dr. Afifi opened his dental practice in Chino, California...
Chino Valley Smile Center was founded with a simple conviction. We believe patients deserve more than efficient in-and-out care. They deserve a dentist who remembers their name, explains what's happening in plain language, and treats them like a person rather than a chart.

Dr. Afifi saw too many patients arrive at his chair with years of dental anxiety caused by practices that prioritized speed over trust. He opened this office to be the antidote to that experience, and the families who have been coming back for years are the proof that it works.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Three things we believe about dental care:

Prevention is always the better investment.
A small problem treated early costs less, hurts less, and takes less time than the same problem ignored.

Patients who understand their care make better decisions.
We explain every finding and every recommendation in plain terms, without jargon or pressure.

Comfort is not optional.
Anxiety-free care is not a marketing phrase here. It is the standard we hold every appointment to.
