If you caught me out in the wild, you’d probably find me cheering at a local event, planning my next road trip, or bundling up in five layers of jackets to admire giant Christmas trees in Colorado.

I’m a Southern California native who thrives on community, family, and a good cup of coffee. As an Etiwanda High Marching Eagles mom, I’ve spent countless weekends supporting my son, pitching in with event logistics, and helping keep chaotic schedules on track. Pitching in to organize the chaos isn't just something I do—it’s honestly how my brain is wired!

From Classrooms & Unions to Balance Sheets
My background is rooted in education and union leadership, two fields centered on trust, advocacy, and clear communication.

29 years in education teaching early grades and 3 years as an Intervention Coordinator taught me how to make complex ideas clear and approachable. In my coordinator role, I specialized in finding where students needed extra support, creating tailored action plans, and guiding them toward their goals. That exact process—identifying gaps, building a clear strategy, and achieving results—is how I approach fixing messy books and creating reliable financial systems.

Serving as Union Treasurer for over 15 years gave me a deep respect for financial accuracy. Managing member dues, balancing long-term budgets, and handling audits for over a decade and a half built my foundation in dependable record-keeping and compliance.

I loved both roles, but my favorite part was always the same: stepping in to support people, organizing complex details down to the cent, and removing the stress from their shoulders.

I started AMB Bookkeeping because I kept seeing local business owners working 80-hour weeks only to spend their weekends stressing over receipts and spreadsheets.

I knew I could take my nearly three decades of educational experience, 15+ years of union treasury work, and passion for helping others to give local business owners their time and peace of mind back.
